I hope this post finds you well, all shopping and work nearly tied up for Christmas and you enjoying a few moments of peace and relaxation before the mental times ahead over the next week or so.
2007 has been a great year for me, the business has done really well and I’m very happy that I took the plunge and started up on my own.http://www.blogger.com/img/gl.link.gif
At the end of January it will be one whole year since janleeks.com started, so I will speak more on how the year has gone then, but the holidays will give me time to think about next year, possible expansion of the business and the future.
As for December, well its been a fairly busy month, although things have quietened down considerably in the last few days, and I have to say I am pleased.
My friends at CADInteractive have kept me busy right up to this week, with two recent site launches that we are both proud of.
Thanks to all those involved in both projects, thoroughly enjoyable and hope for more of the same next year.
Away from the Computer I had the honour of being invited to Edinburgh for Tara McGregor’s (the old head of online at Corporate Edge) Wedding last weekend. It was a great bash, and so good to spend some time with some of my old colleagues, and of course have a few pre-Christmas warm up drinks! Congratulations Neil and Tara!
Actually I have to admit to already having indulged too much already, having been to CADs Christmas Party, the wedding, a catch up with some old Corporate Edgers on Monday amongst other nights out. More tonigt, tomorrow and every day next week no doubt! Must take it easy!!!
Arsenal V Spurs tomorrow, can’t wait! Come on you Reds, a good results will set up the Christmas week lovely, but I fear we may be playing them at a bad time…
